1. Pleadings of the complainant in brief.
The complainant purchased 2 sets (4 Numbers) of Large size innerwear from the opposite party for Rs. 499/- on 13.03.2023. Since the size was not matching he wanted to return the product which the opposite party refused. Hence he approached this Commission seeking a compensation of Rs.15,000/-
2. Notice was issued to the opposite party. They did not enter appearance or file their version. Hence opposite party was set Ex-parte.
3. The complainant has been continuously absent for the proceedings. Hence the case was taken for orders based on merits.
4. In the absence of proof affidavit or any documents adduced as evidence, this Commission is not in a position to adjudicate the merits of the case.
5. Therefore the complainant is dismissed.
