Present :-  Adv. Janmejay Verma along with Complainant in person .

                     Sh. Devender Singh Rawat, SO , DJB.

The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP, in terms of which the OP has issued a revised bill in the sum of Rs. 2,96,000/- against the disputed bill of Rs. 5,00,000/- which has been paid by the complainant in full and final settlement of claim of OP.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed off as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.

 File be  consigned to the record room.
