Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has filed said complaint on 8/2/2021, thereafter the matter was listed on 03/03/2021, 01/06/2021, 03/09/2021, 16/12/2021  and lastly on 11/07/2022. The complainant never appeared before Commission since inception till date to argue the matter on admission. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter.
