          Vakalatnama and reply on behalf of OP has been filed.  During the course of proceedings the parties has compromised the matter amicably. The compromise deed has been filed, which is taken on record.  In this view of the matter the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint.  In this regard she has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
