The parties are absent on call. Both the counsels have filed separate memos to drop the case on the grounds that the D.Hrs have already received the decretal amounts. Both the memos have served on the respective other sides without objection on 22/09/2018. Again on 25/09/2018 the J.Dr’s counsel has filed the copy of affidavit made by the D.HRs Pratima Naik,Golap Naik & Sabara Naik in favour of Tankadhar Naik which reveals that they have authorized Tankadhar Naik to receive cash for them and to deal this matter. Tankadhar Naik has filed memo for withdrawal of the case on the grounds that he has received the decretal amount. So both the memos dtd. 22/09/2018 are allowed. The case is dropped and closed  as withdrawn.
