The learned lawyer for the o.ps submits that this
is an old case of 2009 and complainant is regularly
absent since, 18-11-2016. He further submits that
the case may kindly be disposed off.
Perused the record. On perusal of the
record it transpires that this complaint case is of
year of 2009 and same is pending for since
29-06-2015. For hearing Complainant is absent
since 18-01-2016. After providing many
opportunities, complainant is not taking part in
the hearing. So, it appears that he has lost his
interest in the case. On 04-05-2018 he was
directed to submit final acceptance of civil court.
On 18-01-2016 he was directed to come ready
but he is not coming before the forum to take
part in the hearing. In the circumstances the
case is dismissed in default.
