Complaint is allowed in part and the opponent no.1 is directed to pay the costs and compensation of Rs.2,000/- to the complaianant within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. In case of default to comply with the afore said orders within the stipulated period of 30 days, the opponent is liable to pay the damages of Rs.50/- per day from the date of default till the date of compliance of the order.
