           Sh.Sohan Singh Rawat, Business Manager of opposite party No.2 appeared and got recorded his statement that opposite party No.2 is ready for compromise with the complainant and in lieu of compromise, opposite party No.2 is ready to pay Rs.41000/- to the complainant. Ms.Riya Arora, complainant got recorded his statement that she accepted the offer made by the opposite party No.2 and she has received Rs.41000/- from Sh.Sohan Singh Rawat, Business Manager of the opposite party No.2 and withdrew the present complaint. Consequently, in view of above statements, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
