Present:- None on behalf of complainant.

Today, the Member/Smt. Jyotsna is on leave. Case called several times but none on behalf of the complainant is present nor the complainant himself is present.

Perusal of record shows that the present complaint was received through E-Dakhil on 09.10.2023. Thereafter Notice was issued to the complainant to complete the file. On 23.10.2023, the complainant appeared in person and on his request, the case was fixed for 30.10.2023 for preliminary hearing as he wants to produce the documents require and complete the file. On the last two dates of hearing, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Today, again also none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested to persue the present complaint, so the present complainat is disposed of and file be consigned to the record room.
