ORDER

1.   Allegations in brief are, complainant’s account having user name SIDHU.GUP@GMAIL.COM and mobile No.9478011233 was allegedly blocked by the OP which is a food delivery application. On being enquired, OP/Zomato Food Delivery informed, it was blocked from online ordering due to suspicious activity and making of frequent reports of packaging issues/poor quality and multiple order rejections.  These are the allegations against OP mentioned by the complainant himself in his consumer complaint.  It is the sweet will of the trader to sell or not to sell the articles and it has reasons to block Zomato account of the complainant on being a suspect who finds faults with its items without any rhyme or reason.  Even no consideration is alleged to have been paid for opening of the account with the OP. We are of the view, the complainant does not happen to be a consumer of the OP. Hence, we find this consumer complaint to be frivolous one and not admitable. Accordingly, we proceed to dismiss the same, at preliminary stage.

2.   The certified copies of this order be sent to the complainant free of charge. The file be consigned.
