Complainant absent, represented. Opposite party absent. Counsel for opposite party submits that complaint is not prepared to carry out publication, which could cost him more than the loss claimed by him. Without attempting to procure presence of opposite party by Paper Publication, this Commission cannot proceed further with the matter. It is also noted that apart from actual loss, one Lakh is claimed as compensation also. Yet, as mentioned earlier, without taking steps to procure presence of opposite party, this case cannot be proceeded with. Hence complaint is dismissed without costs.
