This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to apologize for all the inconvenience caused to the complainant, to refund a sum of Rs.91,762/- and interest thereon till the date of settlement and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant.

Both parties filed a Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.  The Joint Compromise Memo of settlement form part of the order.
