Case is fixed for order on perusal of the case record it transpires that complainant smruti ranjan parida has filed instant case against O.P zenith capital service for required relief. After registration of the case the same was fixed for office mote. As per office notice complainant has directed to furnish I.P.O of Rs 400/ only but despite several dates complainant did not furnish above I.P.O rather withdrawal petition has been filed with averment that in to unavoidable reasons he does not want to proceed with the case.

Since complainant himself does not wish to proceed with a case so in the above facts and circumstances we do not intent to proceed with the case any longer in the result instant case is disposed of in the light of complainant petition office is directed to consign the record in record room.
