2.         The Samsung Company through its authorized representative CO-35, HUDA main market, Gurgaon Sector 31, Gurgaon 122001, Haryana.

3.         Samsung Service Centre, Plot No. 83, Industrial Area-A Phase, (Haryana).

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present: Mr. Amit Jain, Adv., for the complainant.

 

Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At the stage, Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file afresh  before the appropriate authority.

Heard. In view of the statement the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file afresh before the appropriate authority. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
