ORDER

The complainant side is present. We have heard submission of Ld. advocate Mr. Gautam Sarma on the point of admissibility of the complaint. We have perused the complaint as well as the submission of Ld. advocate Mr. Sarma. We have found the financial scheme though which the complainant Md. Taijul Haque deposited Rs. 90,000/- in dream Finance Pvt. Ltd., the mutual scheme between both the parties where a contractual relation is establishment between them and hence in such backdrop, the Opp. party side cannot be said to be service provider to the complainant, nor the complainant can be said as consumer of service and therefore the alleged dispute to entitle the relief provider under Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Hence, the complaint cannot be admitted. Accordingly the complaint is summarily dismissed. The complainant may approach Civil Court for proper relief.
