ORDER

Today the present complaint is fixed for filing application for seeking condonation of delay. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant tendered a statement before this Commission that there is some technical defect in the complaint and thus, he want to withdraw the same with permission to file afresh on the same cause of action after rectifying the defect in the complaint.

Heard. In view of the statement so tendered by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the permission to file the same on the same cause of action, after rectifying the defects in the complaint is granted. Original documents may be returned to the complainant, if he desires after retaining photocopy of the same on the court file after proper receipt.  Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
