But neither any of the parties nor their counsels have put in appearance wherefrom it is presumed that perhaps grievance of the complainant has been redressed by Ops, so he opted not to come present  before the Forum.  As such, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is hereby dismissed in default for non-appearance of complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
