Complainant is present on call and files hazira.

Op nos. 1 and 2 files separate haziras.

Complainant files a petition praying to withdraw the C.C. case being no. 22 of 2019 as op settled the dispute by paying compensation, litigation charges and others as settled in between the parties.

A photo copy of money receipt of Rs. 20,000/- filed on behalf of the complainant namely, Debdas Maji.

Complainant also files photocopy of voter identity card in support of his identification.

Heard both sides and perused the case record it appears that the dispute has been settled amicably in between the parties. So, this Commission may not cause impediment at the pious act of the parties.

Hence ordered that the C.C. case no. 22 of 2019 be and the same is dismissed due to withdrawal.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost to the parties/their ld. Advocates/Agents on record by hand under proper acknowledgement/ sent by ordinary post for information and necessary action.
