     As per the statement made by Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for Complainant on 03.04.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and grievance of the complainant has been redressed. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The award is accordingly passed.
