ORDER

 Counsel for the OP No.1 has handed over a demand draft of Rs.15,200/- to the counsel for the complainant, which  has been duly received by him.  Counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint.

                   Counsel for the OP No.1 states that OP No.1 be given recovery rights from OPs No.2&3.

                    In view of the above, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, OP No.1 would have the right of recovery from OPs No.2&3.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned
