     Manjit Singh aged about 52 years, S/o Shri Joginder Singh, Resident of Village Chhajju      Majra, Tehsil Naraingarh, District Ambala.

     Yes Bank Limited, Branch Office Ground Floor, Ladwa-Shahabad Road, Shahabad,     through its Authorized Signatory/Branch Manager.

                   Shri Amit Sharma, Assistant Vice President and Regional Collection  Manager of Yes Bank, Branch Sector-9, Chandigarh.    

           

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

 

Order by:-  Shri Phool Singh, President.

 

                   Shri Amit Sharma, Assistant Vice President and Regional Collection Manager of Yes Bank, Chandigarh has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that OP is ready to close the Loan account of the complainant/consumer and to issue NOC of the vehicle in question to the complainant within 30 days.  Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement of the Shri Amit Sharma, for the OPs and agrees with the same, therefore, he withdraws the present complaint. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the Shri Amit Sharma, Manager of Yes Bank, Chandigarh for the OPs and the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements.  Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
