            Ld. Advocate for the complainant and the representative of OP-1 are present.

            Joint petition dated 01.04.2019 filed by the complainant and OP-1 is taken up for hearing.

            Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant who submits that the dispute in question between the parties have already been settled out of the Forum and the OP-1, Bank has paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/-  to the complainant as full and final settlement of the matter. Accordingly, he prays for disposal of the case in terms of the prayer dated 01.04.2019.

            The representatives of the OP-1 submits that the dispute as alleged in the complaint has already been settled and in terms of the settlement they paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant. He further submits that the instant case should be disposed of in terms of the mutual settlement.

            We have heard the submission  of both sides and perused the joint petition dated 01.04.2019.  On perusal of the joint petition it appears to us  that  the dispute in question between the parties have already been settled out of  the Forum and in terms of the settlement the OP-1 has already paid Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant. As such, there is no need to continue the instant case any further. Accordingly, the prayer made out in the joint petition dated 01.04.2019 is allowed.

            Hence,

ORDERED

                That the complaint case be and  the same is disposed of in  terms of the joint petition dated 01.04.2019. The joint petition be made part of the order.

                No cost is imposed upon any of the parties.
