AWARD

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 25.08.2023, Sh.Amit Rishi, Counsel for OP No.1 has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the account of the complainant has already been closed by the bank and NOC alongwith title deed will be given by OP No.1 to the complainant within 15 days from 25.08.2023. It has been further stated by counsel for OP No.1 that the OP No.1 will also get the CIBIL score of the complainant updated within 15 days. Vide his separate statement recorded on 25.08.2023, Sh.Deepak Aggarwal, Counsel for Complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for OP No.1 and prayed that present consumer complaint be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat on 26.08.2023.

     In view of the statements made by counsel for OP No.1 as well as counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is disposed of being settled. The parties shall be bound by the statements made by their counsels on 25.08.2023, as stated above.

     The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
