                                               Today the case is fixed for arguments. Learned proxy counsel for Sh. IPS Fazil, Advocate for complainant requests an adjournment for arguments. However, it is pertinent to mention here that this Commission is working only on every Monday and this Commission has already adjourned this case for five times for arguments on the request of learned counsel for complainant as well as ops. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. In these circumstances, complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution, however, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. File be consigned to the record room.
