On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has been entered by the complainant since inception for once. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Matter is still at admission stage. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case.
