None appears for Complainant. In fact there was a direction of the Commission to Complainant to be present before the Commission, yet failed to appear before the Commission. Learned counsel for OPs.1 & 3 is present.

This complaint is received on 15.03.2019 through advocate. We perused the proceeding sheet commencing from 26.03.2019, wherein could see the service of notice of this complaint against OPs.1 & 3 and in fact they are represented by counsel who is now present before the Commission. However the Complainant failed to participate in the proceedings in order to comply with the directions of the Commission either to take proper steps against OPs.2 & 4 or to go on with the case. In such circumstances, Commission did not satisfy to keep the complaint at the same stage. Hence proceed to dismiss the complaint for default and for non-compliance of the directions of the Commission.
