ORDER

The complaints are partly allowed. 

In CC.No.139/2013 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to the complainant along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.213/2013 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.29,062/- (Rupees Twenty nine thousand sixty two only) to the complainant towards medical expenses along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.227/2013 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.1,48,562/- (Rupees One lakh forty eight thousand five hundred sixty two only) to the complainant towards medical expenses along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

In CC.No.307/2013 Opposite Party No.1 i.e. Yashaswini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme represented by its Chief Executive Officer shall pay Rs.1,77,262/- (Rupees One lakh Seventy seven thousand two hundred sixty two only) to the complainant towards medical expenses along with interest at 8% per annum from the date of complaint till the date of payment.

And further opposite party No.1 shall pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) each towards the cost of litigation expenses in all the complaints. Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

    Complaints against Opposite party No.2 is hereby dismissed in 139 & 213.

Complaint against Opposite party No.2-4 is hereby dismissed in 227 & 307/2013.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
