2.         Cyber Electronics (India), SCO 170, 1st Floor, Sector 38-D, Chandigarh through its Incharge Mr.Sunil.

                        Sh.Yash Rawal, Proprietor of OP No.1.

                                                            ORDER

 

                        Case taken up today in view of the request of the parties as they have settled the matter. Counsel for complainant stated that the complainant has received Rs.6000/- in cash from Sh.Yash Rawal, Proprietor of OP No.1(Yash Telecom) towards his satisfaction and the set in dispute is with the OP No.2 for repair which has not been received by the complainant and the complainant has no objection if the OP No.1 claims the settlement amount from OP No.2. He further stated that the complainant does not want to pursue his execution application further and hence the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement to that effect has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
