Present:     Sh. Rahul Sharma, Adv. for the complainant.

 

                 Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that due to technical defect in the present complaint, he withdraws the same with the liberty to file a fresh complaint. 

                Keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainants, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint.  Exemption of time spent before this Forum is granted in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled “Laxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial Institute  (1995) 3 SCC page 583”.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
