This petition coming up before us for consideration on 21-12-10,  upon perusing the material on record and having stood over till this day for consideration, this Forum made the following: 

O R D E R

Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:

        Affidavit of complainant not filed.  Opposite party called absent.   Complainant called absent.  Costs not deposited.   The complainant did not choose to file affidavit from 02-08-10.  Again called after lunch.        Complainant called absent.  Costs not deposited.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.  This Forum gave more than reasonable time for the complainant to file her affidavit.   But the complainant failed to utilize the opportunity.   It therefore appears to me that the complainant has no inclination to prosecute the complaint.   Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
