ORDER

                    An application (MA/16/2017) for the withdrawal of execution application has been filed by the complainant. In view of the facts mentioned in the application the same is allowed. MA/16/2017 be attached with the main execution application file.

                   This execution application is taken up today on the written request of the complainant. Sh. Vishal Goel, complainant has appended a note on the first page of the application that he withdraws this execution application being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Warrants/certificate, if any, sent in this case be recalled.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
