Case called twice – Appellant not present since long time – No representation – So far arguments not submitted before this Commission inspite of sufficient opportunity provided to them.  Mere filing of an appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant.  We consider that the appellant has not interested in continuing the case, as such, the appeal is dismissed.

The amount in deposit shall be transmitted to the District Commission for disbursement of the same to the complainant/respondent.
