The case record is posted today for consideration of withdrawal petition filed by the Complainant and awaiting P.A against O.P. The Complainant is present. P.A against O.P is not back.

                                         Heard. Perused the petition for withdrawal of the case. It is stated in the petition that the matter has already been settled between the Parties outside the Commission, for which he does not want to proceed with the case and wants to withdraw the case. The Complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn.
