                                 Devinder Singh vs M.D.Xiomi etc.

Present: Complainant in person.

              Sh Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for Ops No.1&2.

            Sh Dheeraj Sachdeva, Advocate for Op No.3.

            Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view of the same Ops No.1 &2 are ready to replace the mobile set in question with the new one, subject to deposit of mobile set with all accessories at service center, Kurukshetra. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statement of complainant and Ld. Counsel for Ops No 1 & 2 recorded in this context . In view of the same, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised in Lok adalat. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
