ORDER:

                   File taken up in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for complainant and opposite party no.1 had made statements that the parties had arrived at a compromise. According to which the complainant had received new mobile phone MI note-3 with one power bank and was satisfied with the compromise. Thus, the claim of the complainant has been satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements of learned counsel for the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
