Present : Adv. Rohit for Complainant alongwith Complainant.

     Adv. Suyash Joshi for OP 1. 

 

Both parties state that matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 12,000/- as full and final settlement against return of old handset. Later on, OP has already made payment of settlement amount and received faulty handset from the Complainant on 17/04/2024 vide NEFT details mentioned in the application.  Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
