ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Mr. Amritanshu Jha Counsel for OP-2 has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and delivered a new handset i.e. Redmi Note 4 (32 GB) to the complainant as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands settled.
