ORDER

Present:        Sh. Pawan kumar Bedwal, Advocate for complainant.

Sh. Deepanshu, Advocate for OP no.1.

Sh. Hemant Sharma, Advocate for OP no.2.

 

On 14.10.2022 Sh. Deepanshu, counsel for the OP no.1 had made a statement that matter has been settled with the complainant for a sum of   Rs.12,499/- (Rs. 11,499/- towards cost of mobile and Rs. 1,000/- towards cost of litigation) and payment of Rs. 12,499/- shall be made by OP no.1 to the complainant within 30 days. Complainant Chirag had also made a statement that he is in agreement with the statement of Sh. Deepanshu, counsel for OP no.1 and the complaint may be decided as per statement of counsel for OP no.1. Since the Member was on leave and quorum was not complete on 14.10.2022, therefore, complaint could not be disposed off. In these circumstances, complaint stands disposed off in terms of statement of counsel for both the parties and OP no.1 is directed to make payment Rs.12,499/- (Rs. 11,499/- towards cost of mobile and Rs. 1,000/- towards cost of litigation) to the complainant within 30 days from today, failing which opposite party no.1 shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of filling of complaint till its realization. The complaint stands disposed off accordingly.

Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties, free of cost.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
