D.Hr. is present.  A/R for J.Dr. is present. This case record is put up today on the strength of a receipt memo dated 28.04.2022 filed by the D.Hr. wherein it is stated that the she has received the entire decreetal dues from the J.Dr to her entire satisfaction and she does not want to proceed with the case further against the J.Dr. 

It is ascertained that as per the receipt memo dated 28.04.2022 the D.Hr. has received the entire decreetal dues from the J.Dr and she gave her consent to withdraw the case.  Considering the submissions of the parties, we drop the case henceforth.  Accordingly, the present case is disposed off.
