                        Sh.Kunal Juneja Advocate for opposite party No.1.

                        OP No. 2 already exparte.

                        Ld. Presiding Officer is on additional duty at Bhiwani. File put up before Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for the opposite party     No. 1 made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.11700/-(Rupees eleven thousand and seven hundred only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 45 days. The complainant will have to return the old handset and accessories to the service centre at the time of making payment.

                        Complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to dispose of the matter accordingly.

                        In view of the statements made above by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the opposite party No.1 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.11700/-(Rupees eleven thousand and seven hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite party No.1 shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a from today i.e. 16.12.2022 till its realization to the complainant. The complainant is directed to return the old handset alongiwth accessories to the service centre at the time of making payment by opposite party.

            Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
