ORDER

     Sh.Atul Goyal, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of OP No.1 and filed vakalatnama.

     Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. Per statement, the grievance of the complainant has been redressed as the OP No.2 has replaced the power bank in question with new one on 12.06.2019. Now the complainant does not want to press this consumer complaint and he withdraws the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement made by complainant, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
