ORDER

                    Sh. Vipul Sharma counsel for the OP-1 has appended a note on the zimini order dated 17.11.2016 that OP-1 offers a mobile phone (redmi note 3) 32 G.B., alongwith a Mi Band Fitness Trackers in full and final settlement of the dispute within 4 weeks from today.

                   Sh R.K. Dogra, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the zimini order dated 17.11.2016 that complainant accepts the offer and withdraws this complaint in terms of the settlement given by OP-1.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-1 shall give a mobile phone (redmi note 3) 32 G.B. alongwith a Trackers within 4 weeks from today i.e.19.12.2016, failing which the OP-1 shall pay the invoice costs alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of its purchase till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
