     Complainant/DH has already left his grievance against JD No.1 on 08.04.2022. Correct address of JD No.2 has not been filed by complainant/DH.

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant/DH nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. Since the correct address of JD No.2 has not been filed despite of sufficient opportunities granted to the complainant/DH, hence, the present execution application is dismissed for want of non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file after due completion be consigned to the record room.
