ORDER

                    Memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of OP-1. Sh. Vipul Sharma, counsel for the OP-1 has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 12.12.2016:-

                        “OP-1 offers to replace handset with a brand new sealed mobile of same specifications within 30 days from today alongwith goodies worth approximately Rs.2000/-“.

                        Sh. Karan Mittal, complainant has appended the following note on the zimini order dated 12.12.2016:-

                        “I accept the offer and withdraws this complaint.”

                        In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-1 shall replace the handset with a brand new sealed mobile of same specifications within 30 days from today i.e. 13.01.2017 alongwith goodies worth approximately Rs.2000/-, failing which the OP-1 shall pay the price of the handset and Rs.2000/- alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly. Parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
