     E-mail has been received from Sh.Ritesh Kumar Chhabra, Complainant, that as per settlement with OP No.1 on 05.06.2024, he has received Rs.23,000/- from OP No.1 on 21.06.2024 via NEFT and he is satisfied with the same and prayed for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint. The present consumer complaint is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
