2.       Appario Retail Private Limited (through Amazon) at Rect/Killa Nos.38//8/2 MIN, 192//22/1, 196//2/1/1, 37//15/1, 15/2, adjacent to starex School, Village Binola, National Highway-8, Tehsil Manesar Gurgaon, Haryana-122413.

Present:     Shri Jatin Kumar, counsel for complainant.

                   Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for OP No.1.

                    Today the case was fixed for filing written version and power of attorney on behalf of OPs. Power of attorney and written version on behalf of OP No.1 filed. Copy of written version supplied. Learned counsel for OP No.1 also filed an application for production of alleged defective product by the complainant for examination by the Service Engineer before this Commission. Copy of application supplied.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
