Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 12.12.2022. On 12.04.2023 complainant was directed to file Rejoinder and Evidence and matter adjourned to 05.12.2023. However on 05.12.2023 also complainant failed to take steps and he was given last opportunity to file Rejoinder and Evidence.  Complainant failed to take steps again. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
