                                  Sh.Naveen Khanna complainant in person suffered statement that matter has been compromised with the opposite party No.1 and he has received a demand draft in his favour bearing No.026928 dated 21.11.2023 for an amount of Rs. 14200/- drawn on IDBI Bank, Bangalore. As such, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the demand draft is Mark X. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
