Present complainant in person and Counsel for OP-1 i.e. Xiaomi Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. and filed compromise dated 08.12.2018. Hence looking to the terms of compromise,we therefore direct OP-1 to refund the cost of the product i.e. mobile handset of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant towards full & final settlement within 30 days from the date of this order.

This order shall be complied with by OP-1 within a period of 30 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
