          I have settled the complaint with M/s. Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (OP-2).  The complainant have received a new mobile phone (Redmi Y2) in replacement of old one from OP-2 on 16.01.2020, as full and final settlement.

          I have been authorized to settle the complaint case with the complainant.  The company have replaced the mobile phone in question with a new mobile phone (Redmi Y2) on 16.01.2020, as full and final settlement.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Rajesh Sharma, Counsel for the complainant have settled the complaint with M/s. Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited (OP-2).  The complainant have received a new mobile phone (Redmi Y2) in replacement of old one from OP-2 on 16.01.2020, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
